I’m involved in the community as a mod, and it’s fair to say I like the game quite a lot. I happily recommend it !
If you have any question, shoot away 🙂
Here’s a review I left here last month in some other thread:
I’ve been playing Botworld Adventure for 2 weeks now. I was seriously hooked at the start and it’s been growing ever since, especially due to the amazing community around it.
It’s an adventure pokemon-like in a world devoid of humans where sentient animals and bots roam free. You are a young botmaster and go around helping people, building bots, and fighting bandits or arena masters.
It’s very polished and the art ranges from cute to gorgeous. There isn’t much to the story itself but the bots and characters are lovely and the gameplay loop is interesting and rewarding, with different modes (some behind timers) which help keep it diversified and fresh. > > The combat mechanics were a particularly good surprise; a very clever mix of fast paced real-time, with pause to focus and cast abilities, so you can slow it down to almost turn-based whenever the situation requires it. There is quite some depth to be found in it in the current state already, and plenty of room for new modes with new challenges.
The pricing model is the most f2p friendly and there are no forced ads, ever, they’re limited to a few places where you can watch some for extra rewards. I bought into the 60-days season pass after about a week for the ability to skip them all but mostly to support the development, but at no point had I felt penalized or limited in my ability to progress and enjoy the game.
You get the point, I highly recommend ! All ages, casuals & hard-core alike. .
